What must be agreed before payment?
The $99 profile is quoted and invoiced after fit and scope are confirmed. No self-service checkout is offered. Articles, guide sponsorships and custom work require a written scope and invoice. An enquiry is not a booking.
What happens if I cancel?
The $99 profile receives a full refund on cancellation before publication. For quoted work, before editing starts, cancellation receives a full refund. After work starts, only previously agreed charges for completed work are deducted and the undelivered balance is refunded. No retrospective cancellation charges apply.
Can I request a smaller scope?
Yes. A smaller deliverable can be quoted separately in writing. It does not include the full standard package. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed scope and price.
