Free submissions are reviewed in batches with no promised publication date. Approved $99 profiles go live within 5 business days after payment and complete materials. Payment does not affect editorial acceptance or ranking. Free inclusion creates a factual tool profile only. It never includes placement in any ranking, roundup or guide. Article and guide sponsorships remain separately quoted. No payment is needed to remain in the free queue. Smaller scopes can be quoted separately, with their own explicit deliverables; they do not include the full standard package.
A sponsored article requires your complete English draft. Product notes or a homepage alone do not include writing from scratch. If a suitable tool page already exists, we agree its update and disclosure instead of creating a duplicate.
Delivery, retention and cancellation
Approved enhanced profiles ($99) go live within 5 business days after successful payment and complete materials. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China. We email you if information is missing; the delivery clock pauses until it is supplied. If we decline your tool, cannot deliver within the agreed period, or you cancel before publication, you receive a full refund. Refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. Existing tool pages are updated instead of duplicated. The profile does not include an article, guide placement, homepage feature or ranking boost.
The $99 enhanced profile includes one supplied image with usage permission, best-fit uses and one factual-correction round. Its materials must include the image link and permission. Paid pages and links are labelled sponsored. All listings retain the same editorial quality bar.

For quoted articles, guide sponsorships and custom work, we confirm product fit, the exact existing URL and section or proposed new path, all deliverables, required materials, revision rounds, publication date, term and cancellation terms before invoicing. Work starts after payment and complete materials. We do not promise a universal turnaround time.
Guide sections run for 12 months from actual publication, with no automatic renewal. Tool pages and articles are retained for at least 12 months from their own publication dates, without automatic removal or a hosting fee afterwards. We do not promise permanence.
All paid content is clearly labelled sponsored and paid external links use rel="sponsored". Sponsorship is non-exclusive unless agreed otherwise. Payment does not buy editorial rank, first place, Google indexing, traffic, leads, sales or AI citations. Our factual errors are corrected without using your revision allowance.
The $99 profile receives a full refund on cancellation before publication. For quoted work, before editing starts, cancellation receives a full refund. After work starts, only charges for actually completed work agreed before payment are deducted; the undelivered balance is refunded. If we cannot maintain a contracted placement, we propose a replacement for your approval. If you decline, we refund the affected placement allocation proportionally to its unfulfilled days. If a content page cannot meet its minimum retention for reasons on our side, we seek restoration or an agreed replacement, then refund the affected content allocation proportionally if unresolved.
For delivery and refund purposes, the $900 package allocates $801 to the guide position and $99 to the profile. The $1,200 bundle allocates $801 to the position, $99 to the profile and $300 to the article. These are package allocations, not a separate $801 public product. Partial cancellation does not increase the agreed price of delivered work.
You supply verifiable facts and image rights. Serious misrepresentation, unlawful content, infringement or product shutdown may require suspension and notice; resolution considers the cause and delivered and undelivered work. Previously accepted orders keep their original agreement.

After work starts, only previously agreed charges for completed work are deducted and the undelivered balance is refunded. No retrospective cancellation charges apply.
Can I request a smaller scope?
Yes. A smaller deliverable can be quoted separately in writing. It does not include the full standard package. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed scope and price.
